Floor Plan Graphics LLC Copyright - For all Servieces:

1. Floor Plan Graphics LLC retains the rights and ownership of all intellectual properties that is produces. It provides one-time use license that is valid for the duration of the listing agreement and entitles the holder of said license to post those licensed materials on various Real Estate related websites, to make unlimited photocopies for distribution via flyers, and to email said materials to other agents or prospective customers.

2. Individuals or companies are not authorized to give, sell or distribute said materials to any third party except for the specified marketing purposes outlined above.

3. Upon termination of the original listing agreement, subsequent agents who acquire the listing and desire to use Floor Plan Graphics LLC materials, including, but not limited to, the Branded and Non-Branded Floor Plans, and the Opinion of Square Footage Letter, are required to license those materials directly through Floor Plan Graphics LLC.

4. By use of Floor Plan Graphics LLC materials as referenced above, you agree to Floor Plan Graphics LLC ownership of all materials and to abide by all Copyright Laws as set forth by US Code: Title 17 - Copyrights.
